Michael Geelan is a very talented Disability Tenpin Bowling competitor in the NSW team. He has been tenpin bowling for several years and competes in the Nationals for NSW and bowls at Blacktown.

Archie and Gerry Hanckel live for Water Skiing. Growing up on the Hawkesbury River made them prime candidates to learn how to ski and do ski jumping and racing, and these young guys are good at it.  Isaiah Iceman Lazaro Australian and Philippines BJJ fighter and was ranked number 3 in the world in his weight division in 2022, tells Duck Man all about the world of BJJ. He trains out of Gracie Barra Blacktown City and represents the area and his Philippine heritage with grace and style. The Iceman is very quick and talks about his specialist moves, preferred finishers and some of his aims for the future, which may include doing some action movies 

Riverstone Dolphins Swim Club are the little club from the Hawkesbury who punch above their weight when they get to State Titles and nationals. They compete in a region that is relatively landlocked with a shortage of public pools close by, but still represent the area with pride. The club focus a lot on doing things right with technique and training, and this helps them compete against the biggest and the best. 

Natalie Coyte has been in the local netball scene in the hawkesbury for years. She saw an opportunity to bring a new club in to help provide some more competition just prior to Covid and launched the Western Wildcats Netball 4 seasons ago. Listen to her story about how she grew the club, how many teams and how competitive they are now, and what the aims and ambitions are for the club in the future. 

 Freddy Nagz is a guy who has had a tough upbringing. He grew up on the streets and wants to help promote arm wrestling and get kids and people to bring their problems off the street and to the table at Hills Spartans Arm Wrestling. It's a big club, Sydney's biggest and have a number of State and National champions who are very capable in arm wrestling.  Upper Hawkesbury Powerboat Club bring powerboat racing to the Hawkesbury region. They also are an extremely competitive club who recently hosted a race event on the river in round 3 of the National Championships and have great patronage within the club and it's competitors.
